Due to the custom nature of our printable designs, we are unable to offer refunds once the order has been completed. Please read FAQs if you have any questionsWe strive for 100% satisfaction from all clients though, so please let us know if there is something we can improve on.
Payment
We accept Paypal as our primary method of payment (through our website) & credit cards if checking out through Shopify.The files will be available to download only after the payment is successful.
Shipping
All of our products are digital files in PDF form and are emailed to you for you to print yourself. So, therefore, no shipping costs are necessary.
